Release v0.7.3 — Containers under Settings, per-channel priorities, restart_on cards

- Containers tab moved into the settings rail (All containers grid + per-container entries).
- Per-platform priority references for Gotify and Pushover.
- restart_on redesigned as toggleable cards with descriptions and quick presets.
- Fix: unchecking every restart_on status now saves observe-only.
